Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan is designed to stay free and includes screenshot capture, basic screen recording, basic annotations, short URLs and QR tools for individual use.
Will I be charged automatically?
No automatic charges until you explicitly choose a paid Pro or Team plan and complete payment. You can stay on the Free plan as long as you like.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can start on Free, then upgrade to Pro when you need advanced features, or move to a Team plan if your organization adopts ATCapture widely.
Do you offer refunds?
You can define a simple refund policy here (for example, 7-day or 14-day refund for first-time Pro/Team purchases). Adjust the text when you finalize your billing setup.
