One short link. Your rules.
Every capture gets a clean atcap.app link that looks right in chat, tickets and email. You decide who can open it and for how long, and you see who did.
Long address → short link → shared → opened
Long address
A file in your workspace, or any web address you paste in.
Short link
A random, unguessable code on atcap.app.
Shared
Paste it anywhere. Chat apps show a preview of the capture.
Opened
The visitor passes your rules, the view is counted, the capture appears.
Protection that travels with the link
Set it when you share, change it later, or set a default for the whole workspace. Every visit is checked against the rules in force at that moment.
Password
Share the password separately. The capture stays hidden until it's entered, even in link previews.
Sign-in only
Only people with an ATCapture account can open it, and they can join the comments.
Expiry and limits
Expire on a date, after a number of views, or a set time after the first visit. Pause any time.
Analytics
Views and unique visitors over time, with devices, browsers, countries and where visitors came from.
Your logo on share pages
Show your logo and name on the pages people open.
Comments
Viewers discuss the capture on the share page. Pin a comment to a spot or a moment.
Password, sign-in, expiry and analytics are part of Pro and Team. See pricing.
Pick the rules, see the page
This is what people see when they open your link, for each setting.
